We make fundraising simple from start to finish. First, you choose the fundraising program and dates that work best for your group. We provide customized order forms, set up your online store, and help you get started.

During the fundraiser, participants collect orders from family, friends, and neighbors using traditional order forms or your group's customized online store. When the fundraiser ends, we help you submit your final order, coordinate delivery, and make distribution easy. Our goal is to support you every step of the way so you can focus on reaching your fundraising goal.

There are no upfront costs to run a fundraiser with Wyhe's Choice Fundraising. You'll collect orders and payment from your supporters and then submit your final order to us once the fundraiser ends. You'll pay for the products sold upon delivery and the rest is yours to keep.

Your fundraising potential depends on the program you choose, the number of participants in your group, and how many items each person sells.

Our fundraising profit calculator helps you estimate your potential earnings before you get started. Select a program, enter your number of participants, and estimate how many items each person will sell to see how much you could earn.

For example, 25 participants selling 10 Butter Braid pastries each could sell 250 items and earn an estimated $1,625 in profit.

Participants receive a personalized link they can share by text message, email, or social media that automatically tracks their sales. Supporters order and pay online with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay while you track your group's progress in real time.

Once your order is delivered to your group, sellers personally deliver their individual orders to their supporters. Since the frozen products arrive frozen, those orders aren't shipped directly to supporters. Rada Cutlery is the exception — those online-only orders ship directly to each supporter's doorstep.

Most fundraisers include about 2 to 3 weeks of selling time. From kickoff to delivery and payout, the entire process is typically completed within about 3 to 4 weeks.

We'll help you choose fundraising dates that fit your schedule and provide guidance throughout the process.

The fundraising program you choose depends on your goals and fundraising history. Most groups run at least one Butter Braid pastry fundraiser every year and fill the rest of their fundraising calendar with Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough, Bella Napoli frozen pizza, and Pastry Puffins fundraisers.

We're happy to help you plan your fundraising schedule for the year to help you hit your goals. Many groups run multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Keeping all your fundraisers with Wyhe's Choice ensures you have a familiar and efficient process every time.

Once your final order is submitted, we'll work together to coordinate your delivery.

We'll need 30-60 minutes to organize your delivery before group members arrive for pickup. We'll bring a cart to unload your order at the delivery location. Hallways, gyms, cafeterias, or other indoor areas work great. It's helpful if you can provide a few volunteers to assist with the delivery.

All orders will be pre-sorted by group member and boxes will be clearly marked and arranged alphabetically. Participants then arrive for a quick and seamless pickup. If participants aren't able to immediately deliver their items to supporters, items should be placed in a freezer.

We serve schools, dance organizations, teams, clubs, and groups throughout Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas.

There is no minimum number of participants required to run a fundraiser.

Groups of all sizes can participate. The more people who participate, the more opportunities your group has to raise money and reach its fundraising goal.

Most groups plan their fundraiser several weeks before the date they want to start. Planning early gives your group time to choose dates, prepare participants, and maximize sales.

We'll help you create a timeline that works for your organization and fundraising goal. We can also accommodate last-minute fundraisers, however, delivery dates tend to fill up fast, especially around Thanksgiving and Easter.
